• Eric Mouquet of Deep Forest has expressed his interest in producing two songs for Tundra. He has listened to all the up coming songs for the album and picked the two that he likes the best. We’ll keep you posted on further developments of this very intriguing prospect.
  
  
• Kristian Karvonen has written and directed the first Tundra video “Where Do You Run”. The video captures perfectly the essence of Tundra music: beauty, serenity and style. Some of the footage will be donated to the Finnish Tourist Bureau for their own marketing purposes.
  
  
• Tundra is also up for a guest spot in the Eurovision Song Contest, which will be held in Helsinki this year. Finland won their (first) historical landslide victory with the song Hard Rock Hallelujah by the monster band Lordi. In addition Tundra will be producing a video for the possible performance of the song “Talisman”. The song is a wake up call for the global warming issue, which is finally gaining well-deserved publicity from the media and politicians.
  
  
• Tundra has also had a chance to work with a few other prominent Finnish artists such as Korpiklaani frontman Jonne Järvelä, internationally acclaimed guitar virtuoso Jukka Tolonen and two of the best-known Finnish singers Matti Esko and Tauski.
  
  
• Tundra has also started working on another video for the song Jade. The song deals with a very grave topic: paedophiles. The video tries to raise awareness and at the same time educate children on how to avoid the potential dangers.
  
  
• Tomi Kerminen has done an excellent job with the art work for the upcoming album “Jade”. The cover features a virtual Tundra girl, who will be the face for the band for the time being. Tundra is now being handled by a music consult, who will pursue the international connections, whereas T-Records continues to deal with all the other aspects.

TAUSKI
Tauski has been working on his up-coming album for a couple of years now. You can expect well-crafted songs of emotion and substance. The release date for the album is later in the spring.

RATTLE
Rattle is a new rising star in the rock genre. Their humorous songs are bound to raise the band to the new heights along with the Finnish contemporaries like Popeda and Eppu Normaali.

MEGA BABES
Mega Babes are a real singing and dancing sensation unlike anything we have ever encountered in Finland. These girls promise raunchy and revealing songs and performances, a real treat for the eyes and ears.

J.J. Hjelt has the voice to amaze and the songs to embrace. He’s a real rocker down to the last bone. J.J. has been the front-man for many known bands in Helsinki, however now is the time to show what he’s really made of. Expect thunderous sounds and rocking beats – J.J. Hjelt is here to stay.
